2018/6/4Opening and Closing ceremonies venue announcement!

At the board meeting held on May 29th (Tuesday), World Masters Games 2021 Kansai Organising Committee have made a final decision of holding Opening Ceremony at surrounding area of Okazaki district where Heian Shrine or Okazaki park are located, moreover they will conduct a Closing Ceremony at Osaka Jo-Hall in Chu-o ward of Osaka city.
Both venues represents Kansai, where one of the famous major cultural center in the nation are gathered, furthermore both are popular spots for sightseeing.
Opening Ceremony is scheduled to be held May 14th, 2021 (Friday) starting at 15:00, and Closing Ceremony will be held May 30th (Sunday) starting at 17:30. Both ceremonies are scheduled to include various programs in the purpose of bringing all participants of the Games together and to make ceremonies enjoyable.
