My page is a dedicated web page which is customized for each participant who registered to the WMG2021 Kansai Entry System, which can display and browse various information (about the page which you can check when log-in to the Entry System). You can check registration details of the competition entry, the volunteer, etc., various procedures to modify registration details, the competition information and the competition result, the bulletin board for member search for the team (pair) and the team member, etc.

2. Next, click 'Registration Status > (2) Check Entry Status > Confirm/Modify detailed registration.
3. Next, click 'Participating discipline information > Confirm/Modify detailed registration'.
4. The details of the currently registered competition entry information will be displayed. If you need to modify registration, please click 'Modify registration contents'.
●How to modify team information

2. Next, click 'Registration Status > ③ Check Team (Pair) > Confirm/Modify detailed registration'
3. The details of the currently registered team entry information will be displayed. If you need to modify registration, please click 'Modify'.

1. Click 'My Page > Registration status etc. > Registration status > ①Check account information > Confirm/Modify detailed information'.
2. If you need to modify, click 'Modify'.
If you have already entered the participating competition, you cannot change your date of birth, in that case please contact us for further procedure.
Each participant must register in the entry system individually, when applying for the team sport (including pairs for Doubles etc.).
The entry procedure of the group competition, in the entry system on the WEB, is as follows.
(There are also group competitions with different entry procedures.) Example: Judo (team competition))

1 First, the representative of the team will enter as a 'team representative'. That will lead to a 'team' entry.
2 If the 'member of the team' is confirmed at the time of the entry, by entering member's e-mail address, all members of the team will receive entry form to the 'Team' automatically after team representative completed all transactions related to his/her entry registration.
3 Each member of the team who receives the invitation e-mail needs to complete entery registration individually as a member of the team.
4 In addition, the difference between register as a 'Team representative' and 'Member of the team' is as follows. 'Team representative' will choose 'Create Team' on the 'Step 5 Competition Entry Information' screen at the time of registration, and 'Member of the Team' select the participating team from the 'List of invited team'.
※In case there are more than one person becomes a 'Team representative', and created different teams for one group, you cannot integrate teams into a single team.
You can cancel your purchased transportation pass from My Page.

1. Click 'My Page > Registration Status > ② Check Entry Status> Confirm/Modify Details'.
2. Click 'Option Information > Cancel Option'.
3. Selection screen for transportation pass will be displayed. There is a check mark on the transportation pass currently being purchased, please leave a check mark of the transportation pass which you wish to cancel and click 'Next'.
  ※Please do not put check mark for the transportation pass you do not wish to cancel.
4. The transportation pass you put check mark on will be displayed. If it's ok, please click 'Proceed to refund'.
5. Check the refund statement and click 'Confirm' if there is no problem.
  ※The transportation pass to be canceled is displayed as [refund] on the statement.
6. When the screen display 'Cancellation completed', the cancellation of the transportation pass is complete.

In the event of cancellation, the full amount excluding the fee (5% of the total amount to be refunded) will be refunded as you agreed at the time of entry.
For face photo registration, it supports file extensions such as '.jpg', '.png' and '.bmp'(※), and photo capacity is up to 4MB.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please convert the photo file to JPG etc., or use photo which was taken JPG etc.
※ Photo file in '.heic' which is standard from iOS11(i Phone X), is not supported.

You can add more discipline from My Page of the Entry System.
1. Click “My Page>Entry>Add disciplines”.
2. Discipline selection screen will be displayed. For the currently entered discipline, it is showed as “Join in process”.
3. When you select a discipline, the selection screen for event will be displayed, then please select the event you wish to participate in and click 'Next' (please note that there is a limit to the number of events which can be selected, depending on the discipline).
4. At the same time as the last competition entry, please proceed to further procedure, such as entering the necessary information, then click “Set” after confirming your input.
5. It is completed to add discipline when “Your entry has been accepted” message is displayed.
Please note that you cannot add discipline if your status is unpaid (provisional entry status) with selecting convenience store payment.
In addition, since this Games will be held in a wide region, if you are entering multiple disciplines, please make sure to check the schedule (time) required for travel between venues by yourself.
You can add more events from My Page of the Entry System.
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status> 2.Confirmation of entry status> Confirm and/or change details”.
2. Please click “Information regarding participating events > Confirm and/or change details”.
3. Please click “Modify application” when currently registered competition entry information is displayed.
4. The screen for selecting event will be displayed. There is a 'join' sign for the event currently entered. Add event you wish to participate in, then please click 'Next' (please note that there is a limit to the number of events which can be selected depending on the event).
5. At the same time as the last competition entry, please proceed to further procedure, such as entering the necessary information, then click “Set” after confirming your input.
6. The process of adding more events are completed when ”The registered entry information has been change ” is displayed.
In addition, please note that you cannot add event if your status is unpaid (provisional entry status) with selecting convenience store payment.
You can cancel discipline from My Page of the Entry System.
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status > 2.Confirmation of entry status> Confirm and/or change details”.
2. Please click “Information regarding participating events> Confirm and/or change details”.
3. Please click “Cancel participation” when currently registered competition entry information is displayed.
4. Please click “Set” after confirming contents of your registration, for completing cancellation.
(Please be careful when proceed to your cancellation, since you are unable to undo the cancellation.)
In addition, please note that you cannot cancel discipline if your status is unpaid (provisional entry status) with selecting convenience store payment.
Furthermore, you are unable to cancel discipline if you are the representative of a team when you still have team member.
You can cancel event from My Page of the Entry System. However, when you wish to cancel all participating events (make you participating events to 0), please cancel events after reading cancellation procedure in the other item.

2. Please click “Information regarding participating events> Confirm and/or change details”.
3. Please click “Modify application” when currently registered competition entry information is displayed.
4. The screen for selecting event will be displayed. There is a 'join' sign for the event currently entered. When you click “join” sign which is displayed on the screen, the “join” sign will be off (cancel the event you are currently entered), and then click “Next”.
5. At the same time as the last competition entry, please proceed to further procedure, such as entering the necessary information, then click “Set” after confirming your input.
6. The process of event cancellation is completed when ”Your registered entry information has been modified” is displayed.
In addition, please note that you cannot add event if your status is unpaid (provisional entry status) with selecting convenience store payment.
You can cancel (withdraw) participation in the Games from My Page of the Entry System. In addition, you are unable to cancel your participation in the Games if you have entry of competition discipline or the optional traffic pass is purchased. Please cancel everything before proceeding to cancel your participation in the Games.
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status> 2.Confirmation of entry status> Confirm and/or change details”.
2. Currently registered participant information will be displayed on the screen. Please click “Cancel participation” button, at the bottom of the page.
3. Please click “Set” after confirming contents of your registration, for completing cancellation of participation in the Games.
(Please be careful when proceed to your cancellation, since you are unable to undo the cancellation.)
In addition, if you choose the convenience store payment, you must contact to the specified e-mail address for the refund process, therefore please read frequently asked question - 'Q I made a payment of Games participation fee with the convenience store payment. How will I receive a refund if I cancel my participation for the Games?' as well.
You can change accreditation venue from My Page of the Entry System.
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status> 2.Confirmation of entry status> Confirm and/or change details”.
(In case you have multiple “Confirm/Modify details” buttons, please choose the one with package of “A: Joining the Games as a Participant of the competition (Athlete)” etc.)
2. Currently registered participant information will be displayed on the screen. Please click “Participant information>Modify application”.
3. The entry screen for participant information will be displayed, so please select again for the accreditation venue from the 'Accreditation Venue'.
4. At the same time as the last competition entry, please proceed to further screen, then click “Set” after confirming your input.
5. The process of accreditation venue change is completed when ”The registered entry information has been changed” is displayed.
In addition, please note that you cannot change accreditation venue if your status is unpaid (provisional entry status) with selecting convenience store payment.
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status”.
2. Please click “Registration status>3.Confirmation of Team (Pair)>Confirm and/or Modify details”.
3. Currently registered Team information will be displayed on the screen. Please click “change”.
4. The entry screen will be displayed, so please put check mark for the new representative member from the column of “Member information”, click “Change leader”, and then click “Next”.
※The participant who is a person related to the Games or have not completed the entry process, cannot be nominated as a representative.
5. Please confirm the contents and click 'Set' to complete the change of team representative.
(In case the status of the member is still “inviting”)
1. Please click “My Page>Registration status etc.> Registration status”.
2. Please click “Registration status>3.Confirmation of Team (Pair)>Confirm and/or change details”.
3. Currently registered Team information will be displayed on the screen. Please click “change”.
4. The entry screen will be displayed, so please put check mark for the member you wish to delete from the column of “Member information”, click “Delete”, and then click “Next”.
5. After confirming the contents, click 'Set' to complete the deletion of the team member.
(If the member's participation status is 'Entry Completed')
You are not able to delete team member from the team representative's screen, so please ask them to cancel (please cancel disciplines or events after reading cancellation procedure in the other item).
The entry system recommends Android 5.0 or later version of smartphones and tablets, and Google Chrome® browser, moreover it may not be display well in other environments. If you use a separate browser (such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.), please follow the procedures from Google Chrome.

In addition, when operating the entry system, the display and storage of data may not be performed correctly, therefore please do not perform the following operations.
・Operate on multiple screens or tabs/windows at the same time.
・Press other buttons or links before the process is completed.
・Hitting the same button repeatedly.
・Press the "Back", "Forward", and "Refresh" buttons in the web browser (or use these functions).
If you use these buttons to control the data, you may not be able to display or save the data successfully and may encounter errors. Please press the button in the entry system for operations such as "Back".
For security reason, the entry system is set up to automatically log out without refresh the page after more than 30 minutes. If you see an error screen, please log-in to the entry system once again and restart the process. (If that doesn't work, please contact the help desk.) )
In addition, there is a page with a "Save" button in the entry system. If you press the "Save" button, you will be able to save contents which you had entered so far, and you will be able to re-enter from where you left off. We recommend that you press the "Save" button as appropriate when proceeding.
You will not be entitled to become a team representative when you select the participation category of the Non-plying officials (Persons related to the competition) (director, coach, etc.).
Only those who have applied for entry in the participation category of the Athletes can become representative of the team.
Please ask any of the participating players to become the representative of the team, among your team members, and then ask that person to send an invitation email to the team for you, then apply as a Non-playing officials (director, coach, etc.).

A team representative will send an email after he/she completed the entry (transaction completed).
First, make sure that the team representative has completed the entry and that your e-mail address has been added to the e-mail list by the team representative.
In addition, if you have anti-spam countermeasures, etc., you may not receive the e-mail correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please change your setting to receive e-mail from "`wmg2021.jp" so that you can receive e-mail from us.
You can cancel your purchased transportation pass from My Page.

Waiting List is the list which will be utilized as a reference for grasp the number of participants willing to register for the Games after reaching the upper limit and recruiting additional participants, when upper limit of Disciplines (Events) has been reached on the entry system (when the selection column of the event becomes gray out due to reaching the competition capacity).
Waiting List does not correspond to all Disciplines (Events). For the discipline (event) of competition which corresponds to the waiting list, please refer to the 'About Waiting List'.
If you wish to participate in a discipline (event) which has reached the upper limit of the competition capacity, please register to the waiting list. When organiser have decided additional recruitment, the waiting list registrant will be preferentially notified by e-mail before the general announcement.
If you wish to register for the waiting list, please send an e-mail to the address you wish to register for the waiting list with following information:①full name ②nationality/region ➂gender ④desired discipline to participate ⑤desired age category ⑥date of birth and age. In addition to ① to ⑥, it may be necessary to send necessary information for the entry to the Games, depending on the discipline.
If you desire to participate group (team) events, please register only the team representative.
Waiting list does not guarantee the additional recruitment to be implemented. Please note that the entry by additional recruitment is based on a first-come, first-served basis from among waiting list registrants and does not guarantee the entry. In the event of additional recruitment, we will inform all at once to all waiting list registrants that the recruitment have resumed.
In the event of additional recruitment have been decided, we will inform all at once to all waiting list registrants that the recruitment have resumed by email prior to announcement for general public.
For the first 5 days after the recruitment has been resumed, only waiting list registrants are able to register, and a waiting list code (6 digits), which is sent by email to the registrants, will be provided.
Waiting lists does not correspond to all Disciplines (Events). Also, even for disciplines (events) which are not compatible with the waiting list, might have openings where the recruitment frame have become vacant due to cancellation, etc.
When the recruitment frame have reached the upper limit, we will try to post relevant events and e-mail address on as promptly as possible, however due to holidays and time differences, it may take few days or hours to be posted. Thank you for your understandings in advance.

As stated in the cancellation policy, there wil be no refund for cancellation made after March 1, 2021.
Refunds may be deducted from the invoice amount (invoice and refund to be offset) on the date of payment of the credit card, or may be refunded after once deducted on the date of payment and then to be refunded the following month.
In case of cancellation with payment at the convenience store, cancellation after 180 days from the date of initial payment which is passed the refundable period of credit card, or if the credit card is invalid for any reason and the refund process is not possible, refund process will be as follows:

※We may not be able to make appropriate refund, in case there are any missing information. Therefore please state your information accurately.

Once we have confirmed information you sent us, we will inform you the detailed refund process to your registered email address.
It will be announced on each competition venue and on Games Website. In addition, we are planning to make it to be able to confirmed from the Games entry site > Competition disciplines information > competition result as well.
There is a capacity for each event within each Sports disciplines. Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore we will close the application as soon as the capacity is reached.
Team members can be registered until the end of March 2021, however if you could not gather required number of participants by the end of March 2021 (if the Team is not established), please be advised that your application will be considered as cancelled due to the circumstances of the participants' personal reason.
"30+" means "over the age of 30" and the athlete who are over the age of 30 can compete in that category.
You can compete up to 5 disciplines with Base fee. However from the 6th disciplines, additional charge of 2,000 yen per discipline will apply.
Extra Fees are required for following disciplines in needs for extra cost.
○World Championships Fee for holding World Championships as part of World Masters Games
○Fees for bringing/transporting competitive equipment (firearms etc.)
○Significantly higher venue usage fees compare to Games participation fee.
Supporter fees include the right to participate in the ceremonies, to use various services, and the participants' kit. If you do not need all of the above, you do not need to apply for the Games.
In addition, for person under the age of 12 (as of April 1, 2021), there is no fee set for participation in the Games. However, they are able to attend only to the Opening/Closing ceremonies, only if guardians who have entered to the Games will accompanied.
If your current residency is in Japan, entry fee will be "domestic" participant. Please present your residence card, etc. for identification documents.
If you have Japanese nationality and living outside of Japan, you can choose between "living outside Japan" and "living in Japan". Please presend your passport for identification documents.
Transfer of rights (including transfer of AD Card) is not permitted. In the event that such fraud is found, the organiser will follow any disposition (revocation of participation or award, etc.). In addition, the organiser will not refund any compensation or fees for participation in the Games.

The World Masters Games

You can check-in for the Games at the Opening Village, Center Village, Masters Village and Temporary Accreditation Venue.
For the Sporting venue which does not equip Temporary Accreditation venue, you cannot check-in for the Games, therefore you must check-in at villages or elsewhere before heading to the Sporting venue.
Please refer to following URL (http://etcetcetc) for details on Games check-in, since there are different period/time depending on venues for Games check-in.
It does not matter which location to check-in, however please specify the location at the time of your appreciation.
At the Games check-in, we will verify the identity of applicants and then issue the AD card, also handing over participant kit etc.
Sports check-in will be conducted at the designated venue on the Sports Information Guide of your participating Sports.
Please check-in at the designated location on designated date and time, since we might let you know of various cautions and more.
Athletes and Non-Playing Officials are required to conclude "Games check-in" and "Sports check-in" (Supporter must conclude Games check-in only), the participant must conclude Games check-in by themselves at lease one day prior to competition date.
At the Games check-in, we will verify the identity of applicants and then issue the AD card, also handing over participant kit etc.
QR code screen on your smart phone (it is shown on My Page of Entry system) or print out QR code screen with identification document with picture (One of the following - Passport, Japanese Driver's Licence, My Number Card or Citizen Identification Card (with picture), Residence Card, Physical disability certificate) are required, and if not bringing those, we are unable to conclude your Games check-in.
Sports check-in will be conducted at the designated venue on the Sports Information Guide of your participating Sports.
Please check-in at the designated location on designated date and time, since we might let you know of various cautions and more.
We will check you in at the Sports Venue of your participating Sports.
Please refer to the Sports Information Guide of your participating Sports/Discipline since Location/Period/Time differs from each disciplines.
Please note that it is necessary to complete the Games check-in before the Sports check-in. In addition, some discipline requires to be checked-in by the day prior to the first day of the competition, therefore please check the Sports Information Guide for each disciplines for details. Also, the location for check-in varies from disciplines, therefore please check Sports Information Guide for that matter as well.
In order to verify identity by identification document at the time of check-in, check-in by representative is not allowed. Please be aware that participants themselves must be present at the check-in.
For the participant with physical disability certificate, there will be verification of identity by identification document at the time of check-in, therefore check-in by representatives are not allowed. Please make sure participants themselves to be present at the check-in.
It is necessary for each and every member of the team must be checked-in for the Games.
No. We do not conduct Games check-in at Sports Venue, however for some Sports Venue which is far from each Villages have set up temporary accreditation venue at or surrounding area of Sports Venue. Please refer to (URL) for Temporary Accreditation Venue.

Competing in the Games

In April 2021, the competition venue and the match schedule will be decided and announced to participants. We are planning to inform you from the Games entry site.
You cannot choose the competition venue as you wish.
Sports check-in will be conducted at the designated venue on the Sports Information Guide of your participating Sports.
Please check-in at the designated location on designated date and time, since we might let you know of various cautions and more.
We will check you in at the Sports Venue of your participating Sports.
Please refer to the Sports Information Guide of your participating Sports/Discipline since Location/Period/Time differs from each disciplines.
Please note that it is necessary to complete the Games check-in before the Sports check-in. In addition, some discipline requires to be checked-in by the day prior to the first day of the competition, therefore please check the Sports Information Guide for each disciplines for details. Also, the location for check-in varies from disciplines, therefore please check Sports Information Guide for that matter as well.

Transportation

The transportation pass will be given to you at the time of Games check-in.
Please be aware that you cannot receive transportation pass prior to Games check-in.
Limited to during the entry period, participants of the domestic residents can purchase transportation pass as an option. However, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and both ① and ② can be purchased up to one piece per person
①Original KANSAI ONE PASS (suburban area)/3,000yen (2,500 yen pre-charged)  
②Original Wide Area Pass (wide region excursion)/7,000yen (unlimited JR rides for 7 consecutive days within Games holding area)

Opening Ceremony , Closing Ceremony

In principle, the ceremony venue area is open only to participants of the Games (those under the age of 12 accompanied by the participants of the Games and those accompanying participants with disability are also allowed to enter).
We are planning to set up an area where the general public can also observe the ceremony.
You do not need any fee if you only wish to spectate competitions.
Since the Opening/Closing ceremonies will have an area where only participants can enter, if you wish to spectate ceremonies in that area, you will need to apply for participation in the Games.
Both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will be carried out rain or shine. The Opening Ceremony will be held in the Rohm Theatre in stormy weather, and admission may be restricted due to the capacity of the venue.
For those who have entered the Games have access to the participants area where designated for Games participants only, by presenting AD card.
For those who have not entered for the Games can only enter to the general public area.

Accommodation

We do not correspond to that at the Games official accommodation site, if you wish to stay at private residence, please look for the place by participants themselves.
At the Games official accommodation site, you can only make reservation on the internet.
The organising committee recommends accommodation reservations on the official accommodation site, however it is also acceptable for the participants to make decisions and use other reservation functions.
Yes, you can make reservation same as participants of the Games.

Food and Drink

Inclusive

For WMG2021 KANSAI,
All 35 Sports 59 Disciplines will be held as general divisions, and 13 Sports 19 Disciplines among all will be established for the Para-Sports/Disciplines division.

In addition, 12 Sports 20 Disciplines among the general division will be held as a 'Sports/Disciplines which takes into consideration the participation of people with impairments (to general division)' with reasonable consideration for people with disabilities.

〇 The total number of competition which is open for Para-Athletes are 20 Sports 33 Disciplines (excluding duplicate Sports/Disciplines).

Support for Overseas Visitors

We have Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean support.
We are planning to have support in Japanese and English at each Village, Gateway Information Center, and each Sports Venues.
We have support in Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) and Korean.
There are only Japanese support prior and after the Games period (Nov 20, 2019 ~ April 30, 2021, and May 31 ~ June 4th, 2021).
It is scheduled to have Japanese and English support available for during the Games period (May 6 ~ May 30, 2021).
It is planned to be announced on the Games website, at each venues and the Games entry site in Japanese and English.
Currently, we are considering whether it is possible to provide guidance to utilize existing facilities around the venue or to set up temporary facilities. It is rather difficult to prepare prayer room at all facilities, however we will do our best to suits your requests when requested.
When you are coming from a country which requires a visa to visit to Japan, we are aware of the need to make it more smooth to obtain a visa. We are currently considering a policy.

Other

The currency of Japan is 1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, 5,000 yen, 1 0,000 yen bill and 1 yen, 5 yen, 10 yen, 50 yen, 500 yen coins. Foreign currency exchange is handled at airports and banks etc.
Major credit cards can be used in most hotels, restaurants and department stores etc. However, credit cards may not be acceptable at small restaurants or local stores. We would recommend that you carry some cash about 5,000 yen to 10,000 yen at all times.
In Japan, tipping is not customary. Tipping is not necessary at restaurants and hotels etc.
The voltage in Japan is 100 volt. There are two frequencies used depending on the region, 50 hertz in eastern Japan such as Tokyo, and 60 hertz in western Japan, including the Kansai region where the competition is held.
It is convenient to bring voltage switching type of electric products. Or, a voltage converter is required.
The Japanese outlet is a two-flat type plug. Since columnar plugs and three types of plugs cannot be used, it is recommended that you purchase a conversion plug.
Japan is nine hours ahead of Greenwich Standard Time.
It is planned to be able on My Page of the entry system for print-out.
The Organisers will take out all legally and/or officially required insurances for the Games, however the insurance will cover only for "Athletes and Non-Playing Officials" and limited to "Injuries occurred during the competition within the Sports Venue". And it does not cover all and any risks during participating in the Games.
Therefore, it is the participant's own responsibility to take out adequate and valid insurance (such as accident insurance, travel insurance, and medical insurance), since illness and injuries are participant"s own responsibility during the Games period.
In addition, depending on the discipline, it may require to take out a specific insurance, so please confirm the Sports Information Guide for your participating discipline for details.
The Organisers are not responsible for any of these.
Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the venue.
There are no restrictions on the uniform of participants unless otherwise specified in the Sports Information Guide.
Free Wi-Fi will be installed for each villages and competition venues.
Please check all communication environment at airports, train stations, hotels, tourist facilities, etc. while you are traveling, or at your accommodation, tourist spots, etc. on your own.
