“#StayActive” Project

#StayActive at home! Please share your home workout.

The Organising Committee of the World Masters Games (WMG) 2021 Kansai has launched the "#Stay Active" project. This is a project to share videos featuring training, sports, fun activities, etc., which everyone around the world can try at home in order to stay healthy and keep fit while many of you avoid outings due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The videos you posted on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtags "#wmg2021" and "#StayActive" are put up on this website.

As of June 30, 2020,
the application for
the "# StayActive" project
has been closed.
Thank you for many posts.

There were about 400 posts from all over the world, and many were featured in the media. Through training that can be done at home, while normal training cannot be done at stayhome, I am very happy to have been excited with everyone. In the future, we will continue to think about projects that will allow everyone to get excited towards the competition.
Please look forward to it.

I assume that as you avoid outings for a while, the mood tends to sink. Feeling not getting enough exercise when working from home and I worry about stiff shoulders and back pain. Before I go to bed, I take a bath to relax, and after that, I would stretch my stiff body so that I can reset myself. If you respect the rules like wearing a mask and keeping social distance, I think it is important to go outside for a walk or jogging breathing in fresh air to maintain fitness and also to refresh. Let's do what we can do for now and keep up for 2021.
